Dr.Loya is Triple board-certified psychiatrist, he specializes in General psychiatry, hospital consultations, and Geriatric psychiatry.
Dr.Loya graduated from Dow medical college and completed his residency in Psychiatry from the Medical College of Virginia. Post Residency he completed his specialization in the field of hospital consultation and geriatric psychiatry from Beth Israel Medical Centre in New York.
After completing residency and fellowship he moved to Houston in 2005 and started his private practice. He continues to practice in the field of psychiatry in various settings which include hospitals, offices, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
