Ghizlane Elanbari (Ph.D, PA-C )

Dr. Elanbari is a board-certified Physician Assistant and also holds a Ph.D. in psychotherapy. She graduated from St Mary’s University in San Antonio with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. In 2019 she graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant.

Dr. Elanbari’s practice style revolves around the care of a person as “Whole “. She tries to incorporate medications, counseling, healthy diet, lifestyle changes, exercise, and psychotherapy in her treatment modalities.

She has a passion for helping people and seeing the positive impact in their lives, allow them to function better, feel good about themselves, focus on their strengths/ abilities, and be hopeful about the future.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Elanbari has helped underprivileged communities, including domestic violence victims, refugees, disabled and uninsured individuals. She consistently prioritizes her patient’s welfare.

She acknowledges patient’s cultural upbringings and engages in collaborative patient care. She has command over several languages and can provide treatment in English, Arabic, and French.

Besides work, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures/ cuisines, and spending time with family and friends.
